Dhaka, 10.02.2019:

Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Bangladesh, residing in New Delhi, Mr. Armen Martirosyan paid courtesy called on the Foreign Minister Dr. A. K. Abdul Momen, M.P., at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs this afternoon.

The Armenian Ambassador briefed the Foreign Minister about the recent developments of the bilateral cooperation. The meeting covered the entire range of bilateral relations including trade and culture as well as the Rohingya issue. The interlocutors stressed on further strengthening the existing relations by expanding areas of cooperation for the mutual benefits of the two countries.

At the meeting, both sides also stressed on the importance of strengthening Bangladesh-Armenia cooperation within international organizations.
