Outstanding Achievement Award is the flagship event and one of the biggest arrangments of the Bangladesh High Commission in London.

This year the Mission conferred the award upon 103 brilliant students who have secured ten A/A* at the GCSE and three A/A* at the 'A'-level examinations in 2017.

The event took place at Kensington Town Hall in Central London at 1100 hours today (Saturday 17 February 2018).

Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, Hon'ble Minister of State for the Commonwealth and the UN at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the UK Prime Minister’s Special Representative on Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The Right Honourable The Lord Howell of Guildford PC, Chair of the International Relations Committee of House of Lords, Paul Scully MP Vice-Chair of All-Party Parliamentary Group on Bangladesh, Ms Jean Lambert MEP, Abdul Gaffar Choudhury, prolific writer, journalist, columnist, political analyst and poet, Life Time Achievement Award Winner of the High Commission were present as the Special Guests.
